Rollback of Levels

Hi,

I was playing my new bandit today and was level 69 when I got disconnected.

When I logged back in I was only lv 62 Sad

Is there anyway I can get my levels back?
That characters IGN is SteakMittens.

This isn't the first time this has happened with my characters but usually its only 2 or 3 levels so i don't really mind.

Yeah, I'd like to know whats causing this. My paladin loses levels frequently.

I dont particularily care why its happening. I would just like my hard earned lvs back.

I'll add 7 levels onto your current level, as the rollback was due to me restarting the server due to bugs.

As for the other rollbacks you speak of, there should be no reason to cause them other than something you may have done.

I always lose levels after the gaps of no one being able to log in.

I lost 5 levels from my character DemonSlayer around 40ish minutes ago and lost some items as well. From lvl 42 back to lvl 37 where I started. I logged off and wasn't kicked off. I don't care if I get the levels or items back just wanted you to be aware of the issue.
